    2. Select the\u00a0General<\/strong>, then choose\u00a0Reset to Initial Settings<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    3. Enter your password* if you have one. The screen will begin to restart.<\/li>\n
    4. The screen will attempt to proceed through the initial setup process as if it was being setup for the first time.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      *If you have not set a password, the factory set password is usually 0,0,0,0<\/strong>\u00a0or\u00a01,2,3,4<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

      Restoring the signage device to factory settings (webOS Signage v4.0 and later)<\/h3>\n

      The following guide instructs how to factory reset your device.<\/p>\n

        After you factory reset, the signage device gets shutdown automatically. Turn on the signage device and proceed with the initial setting of signage.<\/p>\n
