- Press the Home/Smart button on your remote to bring up your launcher.
- Select Settings icon in the upper right corner of the screen.
- Select the All Settings option at the bottom right corner of the screen.
- Select the General, then choose Reset to Initial Settings.
- Enter your password* if you have one. The screen will begin to restart.
- The screen will attempt to proceed through the initial setup process as if it was being setup for the first time.
*If you have not set a password, the factory set password is usually 0,0,0,0 or 1,2,3,4.

Restoring the signage device to factory settings (webOS Signage v4.0 and later)
The following guide instructs how to factory reset your device.
- Press the SETTINGS button on your remote controller, or click the button on the Smart Home screen.
- Select the General menu, and enable the screen by clicking the slide bar on the top right.
- When a toast pop-up pops up at the bottom, enter your password, and then press the OK button. The default password is 000000.
- When the Admin menu is enabled, select the Factory Reset menu at the bottom.
- When the confirmation pop-up pops up, select the CONFIRM button.
After you factory reset, the signage device gets shutdown automatically. Turn on the signage device and proceed with the initial setting of signage.

After you factory reset, the signage device gets shutdown automatically. Turn on the signage device and proceed with the initial setting of signage.
