1. Pulsa el botón Home de tu mando.
2. Selecciona el icono de Configuración  en la esquina superior derecha de la pantalla.
3. Selecciona la opción Todos los Ajustes en la esquina inferior derecha de la pantalla.
4. Selecciona la opción General y luego elige Restablecer la configuración inicial.
5. Introduzca su contraseña* si la tiene.
6. El monitor comenzará a reiniciarse.
7. Una vez reiniciado el monitor con los valores de fábrica, deberá ejecutar el proceso de configuración inicial como si lo hiciera por primera vez.

*Si no ha establecido una contraseña, la contraseña establecida de fábrica suele ser 0,0,0,0 o 1,2,3,4.

Restoring the signage device to factory settings (webOS Signage v4.0 and later)

The following guide instructs how to factory reset your device.

1. Press the SETTINGS button on your remote controller, or click the  button on the Smart Home screen.
2. Select the General menu, and enable the screen by clicking the slide bar on the top right.
3. When a toast pop-up pops up at the bottom, enter your password, and then press the OK button. The default password is 000000.
   
4. When the Admin menu is enabled, select the Factory Reset menu at the bottom.
5. When the confirmation pop-up pops up, select the CONFIRM button.

After you factory reset, the signage device gets shutdown automatically. Turn on the signage device and proceed with the initial setting of signage.

2. When a toast pop-up pops up at the top right corner, enter your password, and then press the OK button. The default password is 0000.
3. Cuando el menu de instalación se muestre, seleccione la opción Factory Reset en la parte inferior del menú.
4. Cuando aparezca el aviso, elija CONFIRMAR.

Después de restablecer la configuración de fábrica, el dispositivo se apaga automáticamente. Encienda el dispositivo de nuevo y proceda a su configuración.
